You can navigate by using the Top, Previous & Next buttons on the right ->
The Books screen shown above keeps record of Book titles with their cost, the date ordered and the date received.
Donated Books (books donated to the library) are also recorded.
Before you can work you need to add books from Add New Entry.
Books are chosen from the Select Books button.
Category is the Library category for the entered or selected book.
Budgets are automatically calculated from the cost and the settings in your Budget Year
Modify allows you to make changes to any book detail. When pressed it will change from Modify to Save. No changes can be made unless Save is showing.
Print Reports is for viewing and printing Book orders
