When the page opens it always defaults to the current month, whether or not there are any entries.
(You can click on the buttons, Date & Select on the below image to see their action.)
Date Column shows dates already entered in the system, to edit a date Left Click on the date, (highlighted in Blue) you wish to work with.
Prgs Column will show Yes if there are Programs associated with the date
Select Column is used to select a date should you need to remove it from the database.
(When the screen first opens the Delete button will be hidden)
Insert New Date does exactly what is says
Print Reports is where figures & totals are display in a printable format
Month Navigation is by the buttons on the left.
Previous Month (Shortcut Key ALT+P)
Clicking this button will move the listing back by one month for each press
Next Month (Shortcut Key ALT+N)
Clicking this button will move the listing back by one month for each press
Choose Month (Shortcut Key ALT+C) will open the date selector to choose the month you wish to view
