Programs are organized activities that take place in the Library. They could be playgroups, reading classes, games sessions and many more.
The Programs button on the Main Menu is where you enter all Program information. The workflow is designed for this order;
Open Programs, if the Program name already exists you can click on Insert New Date, select the Program Name (and the Performer if one is needed) and enter the required information.
In theory you would normally enter Program Dates prior to Daily Report Dates as the Daily Report will automatically pick up any entered Program Dates, however for statistics it will pickup and Programs entered after the Daily Report.
