Optional Video Mirror Driver

We may ask you to install a video driver (and then uninstalled when it is no longer needed) to accelerate performance of the server program on your computer for XP/W2K systems and for Vista systems. The following describes how to perform the XP/W2K video mirror driver installion in detail. XP/W2K driver deinstallation is similar. Vista installation/deinstallation is similar as well.

As a precaution, first create a system retore point as described here.

Next: download the installer for XP/W2K (or download the uninstaller for XP/W2K or download the installer for Vista or download the uninstaller for Vista) and click "Save":

To uninstall, go through the same steps with the XP/W2K uninstaller download above. The uninstallation process is almost instantaneous, and there will be no feedback that the process is complete. In addition, you'll have to restart your system for the uninstall to complete. You can use "devmgmt.msc" as above to verify the driver has been removed.

You can also delete all of the driver files from the desktop when you are done with them.

Vista installation and uninstallation is similar, though you may run into some permission issues if UAC isn't disabled.
